The first form of Tai-chi present here in this post is a set of postures that I learned at a studio. I do not follow the form perfectly. Although I have no idea how many dozen of a hundred times I have practiced this simple set of movements. Through breathing and mindfulness, I have at least attempted to cultivate some jing. Jing is the Chinese word for the energy of Spirit. When practicing this form, I feel free and fluid.
